We look for crew who are reliable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to work as a team with both your shipmates and our guests. We prioritize safety & guest comfort aboard and actively seek crew with hospitality experience & experience on the water when hiring. Working with us is a lot of fun if you are engaging and pleasant in conversation. This is because the days at sea are long and there is little privacy aboard. We have a high level of expectation and know that the crew we hire has the capability to meet these standards.

Because we are a US-flagged & USCG inspected vessel operating in US waters, you cannot be hired by us if:

• You are not a US Citizen

• You cannot pass a drug test

We give high preference to folks who can work our entire season, from the end of March to the end of October.  While our sailing season is only from May to the beginning of October, there is much work that happens behind the scenes to get the boat prepared to sail and put to bed for the harsh Maine winter.
